Signing in
How you sign into Melo will depend on whether your organisation integrates with Melo.
1. Accessing the sign in screen
Ensure your device is connected to the internet (via data or Wi-Fi)
Browse to app.melo.health or visit the Melo website and click ‘Login’.
2. (Scenario A) - Email & password
Enter your email address on the sign in screen (this is the email address that was invited to join by an administrator. Make sure it’s the right one (sometimes people have several work email addresses) and is spelt correctly) and click “Continue”
Enter your password on the password screen (not working? Reseting your password)
Enter the security code emailed to you into the verify page (this is an extra layer of security) Not receiving a code?
Wait a few minutes just in case
Check your spam folder
Ensure your email address is the right one (sometimes people have several work email addresses)
Ensure your email address is spelt correctly

3. (Scenario B) - Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Enter your email address on the sign in screen (this is the email address that was invited to join by an administrator. Make sure it’s the right one (sometimes people have several work email addresses) and is spelt correctly) and click “Continue”
Follow your organisation’s prompts through their authentication process until you get signed in. (SSO processes are unique to each organisation and outside of Melo’s control. Having trouble? Contact your local Melo administrator.)
