One of our most requested features is now live. You can now transfer patients between sites within your organisation, making it easier to manage patient journeys across multiple locations. This reduces administrative effort, improves care co-ordination and helps ensure patients are quickly associated with the correct site
No more endless scrolling through patient lists. You can now quickly search by patient name or NHS number to instantly narrow results and get where you need to go faster.
Need help quickly? The new support access via the ? icon in the top navigation gives you direct access to our chat widget and guidance documents so you can get assistance when you need it.
You’ll now see a new bulb icon in the top bar, making it easier than ever to share feature ideas, improvement suggestions or report bugs directly to our team.
We’ve refined the side navigation to create a cleaner, more streamlined experience - helping you move through Melo more efficiently and with less clutter.
