Care tips

Care tips act as a patient-specific toolbox for caring effectively for them. People enter what's worked for them when working with this patient, and others can upvote these tips. This results in a validated list of personalised strategies.

Adding a care tip

  1. Navigate to the patient’s profile

  2. Click “Add new” care tip (if care tips already exist, click the “+”)

  3. Enter what you’ve found works with them in the form of [Patient responds well when we] your care tip here]”.

  4. Click the tick to save it

Updating a care tip

You can only update care tips when you are both:

  • The author

  • The only voter (i.e. no one else has interpreted it and found it effective)

  1. Click “…” on the relevant care tip

  2. Click “Edit”

  3. Update the description

  4. Click the tick to save it

Deleting a care tip

Administrators can delete any care tips, whereas regular users can only delete their own.

  1. Click “…” on the relevant care tip

  2. Click “Delete”

  3. Confirm deletion in the popup
